Susan Alexander: Founder and Managing Director

Susan is the founder of ‘The Property Mentor’, and is a leading Coach, Property Mentor, Investor and Entrepreneur.

After building an impressive, multi million pound property portfolio herself, Susan has gone on to help numerous clients to achieve their maximum potential in property investment, by utilising her coaching and mentoring experience in the specialist field of property investing.

Susan has mentored hundreds of clients to build profitable property portfolios, generate greater clarity, motivation and self belief in both life and business. She is passionate about making a difference to other people’s lives, especially those affected by difficult and challenging circumstances.

Debra Long: Coach and Mentor

Helping others has been a lifelong interest of Debra’s, she enjoys working with others, and seeing them develop and flourish, be they work colleagues, young people, or clients. She loves to help others identify their dreams and develop a plan so they can work towards achieving them, and ensure they are on track to complete the necessary tasks which will move them along in their journey. As well as being a TPM Coach and Mentor, Debra has been trained as a mentor to help young people to support them to make decisions about their futures, including jobs, careers further studying etc. Her passion for helping others, has also taken her far afield, having spent a period of time teaching in an orphanage in Cambodia. A keen supporter of various charities, she is currently a trustee and treasurer for the National Parkinson’s EQUIP charity.

Debra loves having the opportunity for growth and development, and personally recognises the benefits of learning. Self development, has been crucial to her throughout her life, from her initial degree of Psychology and Sociology, undertaking training courses via work, completing Open University modules and being awarded an MBA after 3 years study which was in addition to working full time. She is currently undertaking a Digital Marketing online course to help expand her knowledge in this area. Debra believes life is too short to not do something that stretches you and keeps you striving to do better.

Her passion for property, saw her becoming a landlord 16 years ago when she kept her old house and bought a new one. Later selling the original property, paying off the mortgage and investing in two Buy to Lets. She now has a number of properties. Debra is married mother of two grown up children and has a grandson, and as a family they are currently renovating her daughters next home.
